Welcome to the Studio Zeoto website (hereinafter: “the Website”).
By using the Website, you agree to all terms and conditions as detailed below, including the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any of the terms   please refrain from using the Website.

1. About the Website and the Business

Studio Zeoto is a creative and design studio producing handmade toys, objects, and designed items that incorporate reuse of leftover household materials.
With us, a plastic bottle cap can become a wheel, a cardboard roll transforms into a truck, and a cork turns into a boat — all driven by exploration, curiosity, and the creation of a greener world.

All products are handmade in Israel:

• Wooden products are made of birch wood, painted with Stockmar non-toxic watercolors, suitable for ages 3 and up under parental supervision.
  They are finished with a blend of beeswax and plant oils to protect the wood and paint.

• Aluminum products are finely polished and pleasant to the touch, also suitable for ages 3 and up under parental supervision.

2. Use of the Website

• The Website is open for use at any age.

• It is strictly prohibited to perform any illegal actions on the Website.

• It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, distribute, or make commercial use of the Website’s content, design, images, or products without the Studio’s prior approval.

• Product photos on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations may occur between the photographed item and the final handmade product.

3. Orders on the Website

• Purchases on the Website are made through secure credit card payment.

• After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent containing the order details.

• The Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in cases of technical issues, stock shortages, or incorrect details.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices on the Website are listed in New Israeli Shekels (₪).

• Studio Zeoto is classified as a small business (“Osek Patur”), therefore prices do not include VAT, and VAT will not be charged.

• The Studio may update prices at any time.

5. Shipping Policy

Because all products are handmade, production time may vary.

Shipping within Israel (default setting – can be customized):

• Delivery via mail or courier: dispatched within 3–7 business days.

• Self-pickup from the Studio is available by prior email arrangement.

Shipping Responsibility
Once the package has been handed over to the courier/postal service, responsibility transfers to the shipping company.
Delays beyond the Studio’s control do not constitute grounds for a refund.

If you wish to adjust timeframes or add shipping costs, I can mark exactly where to edit.

6. Cancellation and Returns Policy

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law:

Regular Physical Products

• Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product.

• A refund will be issued once the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade / Custom Orders

• Items made to order or crafted by hand according to customer specifications cannot be returned (by law).

• Of course, if there is any issue with the product, we will gladly assist and resolve it.

Defects or Wrong Items

• If the product is defective or the wrong item was received, please contact us within 48 hours for a full resolution.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We do not share personal data with any third party.

During use of the Website, the following information may be collected:

• Name and contact details

• Shipping address

• Order details

• Analytical data (cookies, Google Analytics, etc.)

This information is used for:
